Life is a pilgrimage with many twists and turns — stretches of hot sun and long nights. My own journey has taken me from Memphis, Tennessee, to more than a decade living and serving in Ukraine (where I met my wife!), and now back to St. Louis. We now have three little kiddos who have joined us. Along the way, I have learned a simple but profound truth: we are not meant to walk alone.

If you are carrying pain, feeling stuck, or navigating change, you do not have to do so by yourself. It is my deepest honor to walk alongside you toward meaningful growth and healing. I believe pain is an inevitable part of life, but when met with a safe, warm, and attuned relationship, your pain can become the soil from which growth emerges.

I work as someone who seeks to hear you, see you, and truly know where you are, all in order to produce deep personal change. My approach is relational and attachment-focused, grounded in evidence-based practices while attentive to the whole person — emotional, relational, and spiritual. I provides counseling services for adults of all ages (both men and women) and teens.

In addition to counseling work, I have served in pastoral ministry for over a decade, equipping me to thoughtfully engage questions of faith and spirituality when clients desire that integration.
