I enjoy people and love the challenge of helping them explore their questions and struggles and develop a better sense of who they are and what they want. I consider it an honor to meet clients where they are at and help them towards their goals at a pace that works for them. I see beauty in moments of struggle and I also love humor and laughing with clients. I find humans to be complex, funny, and deeply resilient -usually more than they/we realize. My clients often surprise and always fascinate me. I enjoy that.

My life is a full one. I’m married to a wise and fun loving husband, I’m a mom to two rambunctious kiddos, entrepreneur 2x over, foodie, crafter, animal lover, athlete and aerial coach. I love the city as well as being out in nature. I love color and creativity and being surprised.

I’m honest and real with my clients. And I try to provide a safe space for clients to be honest with me and with themselves. The change process is hard for all of us but oh so rewarding! It takes some courage but if you’re beginning the process of looking for a therapist, you’re already being brave, so that's a good sign. Whether it's me or another therapist, now or later, I’m rooting for you. There's deeper goodness out there for you.
