I am originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. While there, I grew up, went to college, studied abroad in France, graduated, and worked with teenagers at 2 different local churches for 7+ years.
In 2007, I moved to St Louis to study counseling at Covenant Seminary. After graduating, I worked at Karis House Counseling Center for a few years. Then I went on to work for SSM Health with patients in the Emergency Department for almost 5 years.
2015 brought about many changes in my life. I left my hospital job and got to spend 4+ months in the south of England at L’Abri. When I got back, a friend asked me to help her at her floral studio. I have spent the last 5 years working in the floral industry as a designer, meeting brides to talk about their big day and learning about all things floral. As a counselor, I bring all of these experiences to my work with clients and enjoy using my gifts to help them.
After being single most of my life, in 2020 I had a Covid wedding and married my now husband Jason. We bought a house together which we are having fun fixing up. In my down time, I am developing a passion to cook! Please reach out to see if I would be a good counseling fit for you.
